Orchid Home Renovation handles many projects completely in-house. For larger projects, we handle every aspect of the project for you giving you assurance that all work will be performed to our exceptional quality standards, completed on-time, and backed by our warranty. Orchid knows that the inconvenience of home renovations can be a significant deterrent to the home of your dreams. We do our best to minimize disruptions and deliver on our promises ahead of schedule.

What sets us apart?

We show up when we say we will. If your project is booked to start three weeks from today, we show up and begin your project three weeks from today.

We wrap our projects on-time. We know you have a full calendar and home renovation projects can be inconvenient and disruptive. If we tell you your project will take two weeks, we’ll finish the estimated project in two weeks or less. Often times clients decide to add on additional projects once we commence work. We will do our best to accommodate those requests immediately, but in an effort to respect all of our clients, additional work may need to be completed at a later time.

We provide you with photographic evidence of a job well done. We take pride in doing work the right way the first time, and we’re going to show you that we have. It’s easy for contractors to cut corners. How will a client ever see whether you took the extra time to tie that 3rd floor roof in properly? We will show you before and after pictures of our work so you know the condition on our arrival, what we uncovered during the job, and how we’ve addressed all repairs/renovations and completed our work.

We stand behind our work. Keep our number on speed dial. If our workmanship fails, give us a call and we’ll come out and fix it. Detailed documentation means we know the condition we left it in. We’re happy to repair any newly developed issues as well and can’t be held responsible for normal wear and tear or catastrophic events, but our reputation matters to us and our clients refer us to their friends for a reason, so if we made a mistake, we’ll fix it at our own expense.

We aren’t going to sell you what you don’t need. We value our clients and we’re building a family business for generations to come. If you suspect your roof needs to be replaced, give us a call. If we can clean, treat, and repair it to give you two more years before you need to replace it, we’ll offer you that option! If you think your carpets need to be replaced and we think cleaning them will do the trick, we’ll let you know. And if you ask us to do a job in a way that isn’t cost-effective or won’t achieve long-term success, we’ll recommend other options.

Our payment terms are published, reasonable, and are structured based on the size of the project. In order to secure your place on the schedule, we always require at least a 25% deposit.

We have personal knowledge and experience of all aspects of renovation, interior and exterior construction, landscaping, hardscaping, HVAC, and appliance repair. We know how work needs to be completed to stand the test of time, and whether we’re doing the work ourselves or managing the project for you, an Orchid team member will monitor, document, and sign off on all work to ensure our exceptionally high quality standards.
