We’ll send someone out ASAP, diagnose the issue, triage, and bring in additional resources to fully address the issue as quickly as possible. All regularly scheduled maintenance: replacement of HVAC filters monthly, cleaning of gutters twice annually, cleaning of appliances twice annually, dryer vent cleaning, chimney inspection annually, changing of lightbulbs and smoke alarm batteries as needed.
Removing outside furniture from storage, cleaning, and setting it up, or cleaning and storing it properly.
Setting up Christmas decorations or outdoor lighting.
Spring or Fall landscaping clean-up or maintenance.
Furniture/large item removal, pick-up, delivery, or relocation.

Trust Orchid to handle all of your home renovation needs. Orchid Home Renovation handles many projects completely in-house. For larger projects, we handle every aspect of the project for you giving you assurance that all work will be performed to our exceptional quality standards and completed on time. Orchid knows that the inconvenience of home renovations can be a significant deterrent to the home of your dreams so we go the extra mile to make your renovation experience as easy as possible.

We show up when we say we will. If your project is booked to start three weeks from today, we show up and begin your project three weeks from today.
We wrap our projects on-time. We know you have a full calendar and home renovation projects can be inconvenient and disruptive. If we tell you your project will take two weeks, we’ll finish the estimated project in two weeks or less. Often times clients decide to add on additional projects once we commence work. We will do our best to accommodate those requests immediately, but in an effort to respect all of our clients, additional work may need to be completed at a later time.
We provide you with photographic evidence of a job well done. We take pride in doing work the right way the first time, and we’re going to show you that we have. It’s easy for contractors to cut corners. How will a client ever see whether you took the extra time to tie that 3rd floor roof in properly? We will show you before and after pictures of our work so you know the condition on our arrival, what we uncovered during the job, and how we’ve addressed all repairs/renovations and completed our work.
We stand behind our work. Keep our number on speed dial. If you're not satisfied give us a call and we’ll come out and make it right. Detailed documentation means we know the condition we left it in. Our reputation matters to us and our clients refer us to their friends for a reason, so if we made a mistake, we’ll fix it at our own expense.
We aren’t going to sell you what you don’t need. We value our clients and we’re building a family business for generations to come. If you suspect your roof needs to be replaced, give us a call. If we can clean, treat, and repair it to give you 2 more years before you need to replace it, we’ll offer you that option! If you think your carpets need to be replaced and we think cleaning them will do the trick, we’ll let you know. And if you ask us to do a job in a way that isn’t cost-effective or won’t achieve long-term success, we’ll recommend other options.
Our payment terms are published, reasonable, and are structured based on the size of the project. In order to secure your place on the schedule, we always require a 50% deposit.
We have personal knowledge and experience of all aspects of renovation, interior and exterior construction, landscaping, hardscaping, HVAC, and appliance repair. We know how work needs to be completed to stand the test of time, and whether we’re doing the work ourselves or managing the project for you, an Orchid team member will monitor, document, and sign off on all work to ensure our exceptionally high quality standards.

Home Emergency Services

We know how upsetting it is to experience a home-repair emergency. Whether your refrigerator breaks the day before Thanksgiving, your water heater is flooding the basement, it’s 105 degrees and your A/C won’t run, or you come home from vacation to find a pipe has burst and your house is underwater, we’re here for you!

We are experts in crisis management. We’ll send someone out right away, diagnose the issue, triage, and bring in additional resources to fully address the issue as quickly as possible. We’ll make sure all damage is documented and we’ll even meet your insurance adjuster to ensure you receive the highest possible settlement from your insurance company.

We’ll prioritize your emergency the way we’d prioritize our own. We know how alarming unexpected home emergencies can be, so we’ll send someone urgently.
We will provide temporary resources to address your issue while you wait for a permanent solution. We have generators, extra appliances like refrigerators and cooking appliances, A/C units, shop vacs, and fans.
We’ll photograph the condition we find on arrival as well as provide you with photographic evidence of a completed job well done. We take pride in doing work the right way the first time, and we’re going to show you that we have. It’s easy for service providers to cut corners because many customers can’t discern if the work is done well. Would you know if we chase down every last bit of damage from your flood to be sure you don’t develop a mold problem behind the wall? We will show you before and after pictures of our work so you know the condition on our arrival, what we uncovered during the job, and how we’ve addressed all repairs/renovations and completed our work.

We’re happy to repair any newly developed issues as well and can’t be held responsible for normal wear and tear or catastrophic events, but our reputation matters to us and our clients refer us to all their friends for a reason, so if we made a mistake, we’ll fix it at our own expense.
